Will this fit my busy lifestyle?

Yes. My program is designed for busy mums that are juggling work, kids, school and their household.

Can I join if I don't have kids?

Yes. My program is suitable for all women who want sustainable fat loss.

Do I need a gym membership?

No. a gym membership is not required to see results. We focus on daily movement and step targets.

Do you provide meal plans?

No. I don’t provide strict meal plans. Instead, you’ll learn flexible dieting so you can build meals that fit your lifestyle and goals.

What is flexible dieting?

Flexible dieting focuses on balance, not restriction. You learn how to enjoy the foods you like without stressing about eating out or going “off plan".

Do I have to give up my favourite foods?

No. You’ll learn how to include them in a way that still supports your goals.

Can I still eat the same meals as my family?

Yes. You'll be taught how to make simple adjustments to portions or ingredients, which allows you to eat the same meals as your family.

Do I need to track my food?

Tracking will be used as a short-term tool, but the goal is to build awareness and confidence without relying on it long term.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients feel better in the first 2 weeks and see clear progress between 8-12 weeks.

When is the right time to hire a coach?

When you’re tired of guessing, overwhelmed by conflicting advice and ready for personalised support and accountability.

What do you expect from me as your client?

How long does the program go for?

Programs are personalised to your goals and starting point. Most clients work with me for 12 weeks to 6 months.
